My Value Hub?

Grundon’s My Value Hub is a platform designed to support and add value to your sustainability journey — whether that’s improving recycling performance, reducing waste, or accessing and participating in the many volunteering events organised by Grundon.

The Hub also allows you to book a call with our sustainability team for support with legislation queries, colleague or tenant engagement sessions, facilities tours, and more

Once you have access to the My Value Hub, it takes four simple steps to get involved.

Browse the map to find a range of community and environmental initiatives that match your interests.

Invite volunteers

Simply copy the event link and share with your team and the wider business.

Sign up and attend

Participate in events and contribute to making a positive impact in your community.

Certificate on completion

Receive recognition and certification for your social value contributions and achievements.

Waste audit / composition analysis

Request an onsite detailed review of your waste streams to identify opportunities for improvement, reduce contamination, and enhance recycling performance.

Do I have to be a Grundon client to access the My Value Hub?

Yes, you must be a Grundon client or partner to access the My Value Hub.

Do we have the opportunity to partner with Grundon on an event?

Yes. We can facilitate partnership events through the Hub. Please get in touch with our Sustainability Team directly via the platform to discuss this further.

How does the My Value Hub support my sustainability goals?

It centralises tools, services and reporting to help you reduce waste, improve recycling, meet legislation, build social value, and evidence progress.

Is there a minimum number of people required to attend an event?

No, but each event does have a maximum capacity. When booking on the Hub, you can select the number of volunteers you would like to bring.

I have some questions about the Hub. How do I get in contact?

Please complete the "Contact Us" form with your questions or topics you would like to discuss, and the Sustainability Team will get back to you.

How do I book a service through the Hub?

Choose a service, complete the simple booking form, and you’ll receive a confirmation and follow-up from the Sustainability Team.

I'm already a Grundon client. How do I access the My Value Hub?

You access the My Value Hub when logged into the Grundon Portal by clicking the ‘My Value Hub’ button. As you’ll be already logged into the Grundon portal the page will open automatically. If you do not have a login to the Grundon portal, please visit https://myaccount.grundon.com and register for a portal login by filling in the details requested. Once this request has been confirmed and checked, your account will be setup, and you will automatically have access to the My Value Hub and other benefits of the portal such as reporting, setting up additional services and making payments.
